Each company boasts a registered capital of 1 million RMB. Their core competencies lie in the production of new energy prime movers, the R&D of emerging energy technologies, the sale of wind turbine generators and components, as well as the provision of technical services for wind power generation. According to the equity structure, both companies are fully owned by Dongfang Electric Wind Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dongfang Electric Co., Ltd.
