Yin Yong highlighted that Fengtai District should aim to establish a modern industrial system, prioritizing sectors such as rail transit, aerospace, and aviation. Simultaneously, it should foster technology services, business services, and emerging financial industries to nurture a conducive innovation ecosystem and bolster the competitiveness of its leading industries.

Furthermore, Fengtai District must scientifically plan the development of the southern central axis area, advance the construction of landmark projects, optimize the spatial functional layout, and adhere to a transit-oriented development model.
