Shijia Photonics has unveiled plans to acquire an 82.3810% equity stake in Dongguan Fukexima Communication Technology Co., Ltd. through a combination of share issuance and cash payments, while also seeking to raise supplementary funds. The company's shares were temporarily halted from trading on June 30. Following the board of directors' approval of the relevant proposal on July 10, trading resumed on July 11. The proposed transaction is subject to completion of audits, assessments, and thorough due diligence investigations, as well as undergoing several approval processes, encompassing deliberations by the board of directors and shareholders' meetings, and regulatory clearances.
