On July 9, HuaDa Nine Skies made an announcement, officially terminating the proposed acquisition of a 100% stake in Xinhe Semiconductor. The transaction, initially envisioned to be executed through a combination of share issuance and cash payment, had been in the works since March of this year, spanning nearly four months. Ultimately, the deal fell through due to an inability to reach consensus on key terms between the two parties.
