Between June 19 and July 9, 2025, the National IC Industry Investment Fund undertook a reduction in its shareholding in Longsys by selling 3,259,634 shares. This transaction represented 0.77769% of Longsys' total share capital, resulting in the Fund's shareholding ratio decreasing to 4.99998%. Consequently, the Fund is no longer classified as a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares. This reduction was executed through centralized bidding transactions.
