NVIDIA and CoreWeave jointly announced on Thursday that CoreWeave has successfully achieved commercial deployment of NVIDIA's latest AI graphics processor, the Blackwell Ultra chip. Following this announcement, Dell Technologies confirmed that CoreWeave has received custom equipment based on NVIDIA's GB300 NVL72 AI system, solidifying CoreWeave's position as the first cloud service provider to install the Blackwell Ultra system. The GB300 NVL72 system boasts exascale floating-point operations per second (FLOPS) AI performance, featuring 72 Blackwell Ultra GPUs and 36 Arm-based Grace CPUs, significantly bolstering the efficiency of AI inference workloads. This milestone underscores CoreWeave's prominence in the realm of AI cloud computing.
