AMD has unveiled its executive compensation package for the upcoming fiscal year, revealing a significant raise for Dr. Lisa Su, the CEO. Her base salary has risen to $1.32 million, with her total compensation now amounting to $31 million. This comprehensive package includes $21.7 million in stock awards and $6.2 million in various other forms of compensation. Furthermore, Lisa Su has been awarded equity incentives valued at $33 million, which will vest as restricted stock and stock options on August 15. Within AMD's executive ranks, Lisa Su stands out as the sole executive with an annual salary exceeding $1 million, and she also holds the highest long-term incentive equity awards. The salary hikes for the remaining four executives range from 3% to 5%.
