Navitas Semiconductor has announced a strategic shift, with its 650V component products transitioning from TSMC to Powerchip Technology Corporation (PSC) over the next one to two years. Following a thorough evaluation of market trends and long-term business objectives, TSMC has decided to phase out its involvement in the gallium nitride (GaN) business over the same period. To mitigate this transition, Navitas has forged a partnership with PSC, anticipating the completion of certification for the initial batch of devices in the fourth quarter of 2025.
