Micro-electronics Aims to Acquire 9.5% Stake in Siltronic Beijing from National IC Fund for Up to RMB 324 Million

On June 30, Micro-electronics announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Siltronic International, plans to acquire a 9.5% stake in Siltronic Beijing, a subsidiary held by the National Integrated Circuit Fund, for an amount not exceeding RMB 324 million. The acquisition will be conducted through a property rights exchange and is currently awaiting approval from the relevant state-owned assets department of the National IC Fund. Should the transaction be approved, Micro-electronics' total equity holding in Siltronic Beijing will reach 81%.
