Geek+ intends to offer approximately 140 million shares in its Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO) at a price of HK$16.8 per share, targeting a maximum fundraising of HK$2.36 billion. Scheduled for July 9, the listing is contingent upon adjustments to the issuance size and the exercise of the over-allotment option. Morgan Stanley and China International Capital Corporation (CICC) are serving as joint sponsors for the offering.
