China Broadcasting Network has recently announced the successful completion of a series of groundbreaking 5G emergency communication technology pilots, conducted in collaboration with China Broadcasting Network Mobile and Guangdong Cable Network. The pilots were executed in a simulated "three disruptions" scenario – comprising network disruption, power outage, and road closure – in Shanwei City, Guangdong Province. Leveraging the exceptional advantages of the 700MHz gold spectrum, this endeavor achieved three significant industry firsts:

• The nation's first 5G 700MHz emergency communication fortress base station deployed on a broadcast and television tower.
• The industry's first 5G 700MHz portable emergency communication backpack station.
• The country's first highly reliable 5G RedCap emergency broadcast system, supported by the broadcast and television tower fortress base station.

These pioneering innovations offer novel solutions for emergency communication in extreme disaster scenarios, underscoring China Broadcasting Network's commitment to technological advancement and public safety.
