At the 2025 Loongson Product Launch and User Conference, Loongson Technology proudly introduced the 3C6000 series processors, comprising models such as S, D, and Q. Built on the robust LA664 architecture core, this series leverages a sophisticated six-issue pipeline, delivering a substantial enhancement in general-purpose performance over its predecessor. Notably, each silicon die impressively houses 16 cores and 32 threads, and through the innovative self-developed LoongLink interface, multiple dies can be packaged together to create an even higher-performance processor variant, reaching up to 64 cores and 128 threads, with performance comparable to that of the Intel Xeon 8380.
