BOE Acquires 30% Stake in IRICO Optoelectronics from Rainbow Electronics for RMB 4.849 Billion

Rainbow Electronics has officially announced the signing of an "Equity Transfer Agreement" with BOE, under which BOE will acquire a 30% equity stake in IRICO Optoelectronics for a sum of RMB 4.849 billion. Upon the successful completion of this transaction, Rainbow Electronics will retain a 69.79% equity holding in IRICO Optoelectronics, maintaining its position as the controlling shareholder. Consequently, IRICO Optoelectronics will continue to be included within the consolidated financial statements of Rainbow Electronics.
