On June 23, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, convened a meeting of the Board of Governors to deliberate on the prevailing situation in Iran. Grossi highlighted that while the extent of underground damage at Iran's Fordo nuclear facility remains unclear, the sensitivity of centrifuges to vibrations suggests that the facility may have sustained significant damage. He further underscored the potential for the ongoing conflict involving three member states to jeopardize the global nuclear non-proliferation regime.
