In late May, Lisuan Technology made a significant breakthrough by unveiling its maiden GPU, the G100, which boasts an independently crafted architecture and employs a state-of-the-art 6nm process technology. The company confidently asserts that the G100's performance rivals that of the renowned RTX 4060 series graphics cards. However, recent preliminary benchmark scores, published exclusively on the GeekBench platform for OpenCL general-purpose computing, have raised some eyebrows. These initial scores appear modest, roughly equivalent to those of the GTX 660 Ti, a graphics card from 13 years ago. Lisuan Technology has promptly addressed this by emphasizing that the G100 is still undergoing rigorous performance testing and that the currently available scores represent merely the initial phase of testing, not indicative of its final, optimized performance.
