Wolfspeed, a leading US manufacturer of silicon carbide (SiC) wafers, is poised to unveil a pre-packaged bankruptcy reorganization agreement with its creditors. Under the terms of this agreement, creditors such as Apollo will assume control of the company, unsecured debt holders will be fully repaid, and former shareholders will be limited to recovering no more than 5% of their equity.
