On June 18, Taiji Industries revealed that its subsidiary Haitai Semiconductor intends to sign a "Phase IV Post-Processing Service Agreement" with SK Hynix, effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030. Under the terms of the agreement, Haitai Semiconductor will offer semiconductor post-processing services to SK Hynix, operating under a "Full Cost + Agreed Revenue" framework. While this transaction is considered a related-party deal, it does not encompass a significant asset restructuring. The signing of this contract is poised to bolster Taiji Industries' semiconductor sector, ensuring steady and substantial earnings as well as cash flow for the company over the ensuing five years.
