This round was spearheaded by Xingxiang Capital, with participation from Guoke Jiahe, Daxuecheng Fund of Xiangjiang Group, and Leyi Capital. Yunxiu Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for this transaction. HuaMeiTai Technology specializes in the research and development of metasurface intelligent coding electronic scanning antennas, holding full and independent intellectual property rights over its technologies. The proceeds from this financing will be allocated towards the construction of a state-of-the-art liquid crystal phased array antenna module factory, bolstering team expansion efforts, and furthering market penetration.
