According to the latest price updates from DRAMeXchange, a division of TrendForce, DDR4 spot prices soared across the board on the evening of June 13. Notably, the price of the DDR4 8Gb (1G x 8) 3200 model surged by 7.8%, with an average price reaching $3.775. Similarly, the DDR4 8Gb (512M×16) 3200 model witnessed a 7.99% increase, averaging $3.824. The DDR4 16Gb (1G×16) 3200 model also rose by 7.9%, averaging $8.2. This substantial price hike has garnered significant attention within the market.
