Micro-Electronics has recently unveiled its intention to sell a 45.24% stake in Sweden's Silex Microsystems AB to seven transacting parties, including Bure and Creades, for a total sum of 2.375 billion Swedish kronor (approximately 1.78 billion yuan). Upon completion of this transaction, Micro-Electronics will relinquish its controlling interest in Silex but will maintain its current shareholding percentage, retain two seats on the board, and preserve its right to participate in major decision-making processes. The objective of this deal is to streamline resource allocation and focus on enhancing its presence in the Chinese semiconductor market.
