Bo Min Electronics announced on June 13 that the completion date of its "New Generation Electronic Information Industry Investment and Expansion Project (Phase I)" will be postponed from July 2025 to December 31, 2026. This adjustment impacts both the company's short-term financial performance and long-term strategic planning, encompassing crucial aspects such as production capacity, financial management, and market positioning. Initially set to commence operations in 2025, the project aimed to add 1.72 million square meters of high-end PCB production capacity annually, supporting sectors including AI servers and automotive electronics. The delay will result in reduced performance flexibility in 2025, underutilized capacity, and potentially lower gross margins than anticipated.
