SEMI, the prestigious global industry association encompassing the electronics manufacturing and design supply chain, has announced the election of Dr. Wu Tien-yu, CEO of ASE Group, as the new Chairman of its International Board of Directors. Concurrently, Benjamin Loh, Chairman of Comatech, will assume the role of Vice Chairman. Together, they will helm the Executive Committee of the SEMI International Board of Directors, focusing on advancing the Association's global operations and fostering industrial development. Drawing on his extensive industry expertise, Dr. Wu Tien-yu will also concurrently serve as Chairman of the SEMI Foundation Board of Directors.
