The specifications of MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 have been unveiled. In the Geekbench 6 theoretical performance test, it achieved a remarkable single-core score exceeding 3900 points and a multi-core score surpassing 11000 points, cementing its position as MediaTek's most potent mobile chip ever. For context, the Dimensity 9400 scored around 2900+ points in single-core and 9200+ points in multi-core tests. Built on TSMC's advanced third-generation 3nm process, the Dimensity 9500 boasts a new-generation all-big-core CPU architecture and an integrated Immortalis-Drage GPU with an estimated computing power of 100 TPOS. The chip is anticipated to launch in September and will initially be featured in the vivo X300 series and OPPO Find X9 series.
