Sunny Optical: May 2025 Mobile Phone Lens Shipments Dip 5.2% YoY, 4.8% MoM

According to Sunny Optical Technology's shipment data for May 2025, the company shipped 98.099 million mobile phone lenses, marking a 5.2% decrease from the same period last year and a 4.8% decline from the previous month. Automotive lens shipments, however, surged 28.4% YoY to 10.71 million pieces. Additionally, shipments of other lenses grew by 51.3% YoY to 10.53 million pieces. On the other hand, mobile phone camera module shipments declined 17.1% YoY, totaling 37.73 million pieces, while shipments of other optoelectronic products increased by 44.8% YoY to 4.84 million pieces.
