Qualcomm has announced its agreement to acquire Alphawave IP Group, a leading UK-based semiconductor company, for a total of approximately $2.4 billion. According to the terms of the acquisition, each shareholder of Alphawave will receive $2.48 in cash per share. The Alphawave board of directors has unanimously endorsed the proposal, urging shareholders to vote in favor of the transaction.
