The Ministry of Commerce has officially stated that the implementation of export controls on rare earths and other items adheres to common international practices. Furthermore, China is poised to establish a green channel for eligible European Union (EU) applications, aiming to streamline and expedite the approval process. Minister Wang Wentao conveyed his hope that the EU would reciprocate by facilitating compliant trade of high-tech products to China.
