This adjustment serves as an integration measure following ByteDance's acquisition of Tokopedia from GoTo. The aim is to optimize the team structure and streamline operational processes in order to better align with evolving business priorities. Post-restructuring, the combined workforce of Tokopedia and TikTok Shop in Indonesia is expected to total approximately 2,500 employees.
