Recently, speculation has surfaced that Lightning Micro Power is partnering with Huawei to develop 28GHz millimeter-wave RF front-end modules and concurrently collaborating with SMIC on the creation of a PDK using the 22nm FDSOI process, aiming for mass production within the year for applications in satellite communications and mobile phone chips. However, Lightning Micro Power has unequivocally stated on its interactive platform that it is not currently engaged in any cooperation with these two companies.
