The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has announced an extension of the suspension of the previously scheduled 25% Section 301 tariffs on imports from China. This suspension, which covers GPU graphics cards, motherboards, solar panels, and other chips and semiconductor components, will now be in effect for an additional three months. Previously, the U.S. government had granted a one-year exemption, and this latest extension will now run until August 31, 2025.
