The company has augmented its investment in its Thai subsidiary, elevating the registered capital to THB 6.151 billion (approximately equivalent to RMB 1.28 billion). This move aims to cater to the expanding needs of construction and operational activities. Following this capital injection, SYTECH's ownership structure in Thailand remains intact, with the company retaining a 100% shareholding.
