Delphi Technologies has announced the signing of an "Investment Cooperation Agreement" with the People's Government of Zhili Town, located in Wuxing District, Huzhou City. Under this agreement, Delphi plans to invest approximately 300 million yuan in Zhili Town to embark on new lithium battery research and development (R&D), industrialization projects, as well as smart motor industrialization initiatives. This investment will be sourced from the company's internal funds and self-raised capital, and does not involve any related-party transactions or significant asset restructuring.
