According to an email obtained by Cybersecurity Dive, nearly all senior officials at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) within the US Department of Homeland Security have either resigned or will be stepping down this month. This exodus of personnel, occurring amidst heightened tensions with foreign cyber adversaries, has further intensified the shortage of expertise and leadership within the government-led cyber defense apparatus.
