The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the National Data Administration have jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for the Digital Transformation of the Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry." The objective of this plan is to significantly enhance the new information infrastructure and facilitate the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the electronic information manufacturing industry by the year 2027. Key milestones include increasing the adoption rate of numerically controlled key processes in enterprises above a certain size to over 85% and leveraging advanced computing and artificial intelligence technologies to propel industry growth. Furthermore, the plan envisions developing over 100 typical scenario solutions, bolstering service capabilities, and establishing a "resource pool" comprising at least 100 specialized service providers. Concurrently, a comprehensive standard support system and a skilled talent pool dedicated to digital transformation will be put in place.
