Italian State Railways (Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane SpA) is contemplating the integration of Elon Musk's Starlink satellite internet service in its upcoming projects. A spokesperson for the company revealed on Saturday that they are actively assessing the viability of incorporating Starlink services into their operations. This initiative aims to bolster train connectivity and elevate the travel experience for passengers. Earlier, the Italian Deputy Prime Minister had also hinted at the possibility of evaluating Starlink as a potential provider of internet services for trains.
