CATL has announced that the Zeyuan Fund, in which it holds an investment, has successfully completed its industrial and commercial registration along with the necessary filings for a private equity investment fund. The fund's total size has expanded to RMB 10.128 billion, marking an increase of RMB 5.042 billion from the previously announced amount of RMB 5.086 billion. The newly infused capital contributions were primarily subscribed by entities such as Erdos Innovation Investment Group and China Green Development Fund. CATL's subscribed capital contribution to the Zeyuan Fund stands at RMB 700 million, resulting in a decrease in its contribution ratio from 13.76% to 6.91%. The Zeyuan Fund primarily focuses its investments in the domains of new energy and high-end manufacturing.
