From May 20th to 23rd, the China Semiconductor Industry Association proudly hosted the 29th World Semiconductor Council Meeting and the 82nd Joint Steering Committee Meeting in Qingdao, China. This esteemed event drew over 110 attendees, comprising 20 chief executive officers and representatives from more than 40 semiconductor enterprises across six countries and regions: China, Taipei, the United States, Europe, Japan, and South Korea. One of the highlights of the meeting was a special salon dedicated to exploring the impact of intelligent vehicles on the evolution of the chip industry. Leaders from the China Automotive Chip Industry Innovation Strategic Alliance, alongside representatives from BYD, ON Semiconductor, NXP, and Etron Technology, engaged in insightful discussions on how intelligent vehicles are shaping the future trajectory of the semiconductor industry.
