Cristiano Amon, the CEO of Qualcomm, made a bold announcement at COMPUTEX Taipei: the company aims to elevate its PC market share to 12% by 2029, with projected revenues reaching $4 billion. Currently, Qualcomm boasts a 10% penetration rate in the U.S. consumer PC market and holds approximately 9% market share in the top five European markets. To date, Qualcomm has successfully launched over 85 PC products equipped with the Snapdragon X series, and anticipates introducing more than 100 new products next year. Amon underscored Qualcomm's enduring commitment to the PC market, emphasizing that the Snapdragon X PC will spearhead growth in innovative applications and significantly enhance the user experience.
