Amidst the ongoing fervor over the 3nm semiconductor process, the race to secure dominance in the 2nm process has already commenced. Among the trio of industry titans—Apple, Qualcomm, and MediaTek—MediaTek has taken a stride ahead. In his keynote address at COMPUTEX, MediaTek CEO Rick Tsai revealed that over the past decade, MediaTek chips have powered over 20 billion devices globally, averaging 2.5 devices per person equipped with their technology.
