After thrice postponing or scrapping its initial public offering (IPO) plans, South Korea's internet bank K-Bank is now reportedly revisiting the prospect of listing. In October of last year, the bank deferred its IPO to the beginning of this year, citing weak investor demand. However, by January of this year, K-Bank had opted to shelve the plan entirely. Yet, the latest news indicates that K-Bank has distributed its IPO prospectus to major securities firms and anticipates selecting the lead underwriter within the coming week.
