Wanrun New Energy has recently announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL). Pursuant to this agreement, Wanrun New Energy will commence the supply of lithium iron phosphate products to CATL from May 2025, with an anticipated total supply volume of approximately 1.3231 million tons spanning from May 2025 to 2030. CATL has pledged that, given the comprehensive advantages of Wanrun New Energy's products, the monthly purchase volume will not fall below 80% of the agreed amount from 2025 to 2030. Both parties have further agreed that the annual monthly delivery plan will be finalized through a supplementary agreement by October 1st of the preceding year.

Moreover, Wanrun New Energy and CATL will establish a long-term cooperation mechanism aimed at jointly advancing the iteration and mass production of high-compaction density lithium iron phosphate products. Together, they will also explore opportunities in the burgeoning new energy market.
