The Phase I (Sixth Phase) project of the Zhejiang University Hangzhou International Science and Technology Innovation Center, along with the A12 Building of the Phase II of the Zhejiang Provincial Integrated Circuit Innovation Platform, has recently accomplished a significant milestone: the successful completion of the mass concrete pouring for the raft slab. This platform is devoted to the seamless integration of CMOS integrated circuit processes and design, aimed at fulfilling critical national strategic requirements. It stands as the sole research and development platform in China that encompasses the complete process technology for the design and manufacturing of 12-inch CMOS integrated circuit chips.
