Lantiq Technology has disclosed an internal restructuring of the equity ownership within Zhuhai Rongying Equity Investment Partnership. Zhuhai Songyi Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Ruiqian Equity Investment Partnership have exited the partnership, with Bai Xue, a new general partner, stepping in to manage the enterprise alongside the existing general partner. Additionally, Zhuhai Rongying intends to rename itself "Zhuhai Rongying Investment Partnership." Despite these changes, the shareholding count of Zhuhai Rongying and its affiliated parties remains unaltered at 94.37 million shares, representing 8.24% of the company's total shares. Notably, Lantiq Technology does not have a controlling shareholder or an actual controller, and this adjustment does not influence the company's governance framework or its ongoing operations.
