MediaTek has proudly introduced the Dimensity 9400e, a flagship mobile platform that builds upon the success of the Dimensity 9300+. Despite belonging to the Dimensity 9400 series, the new model doesn't introduce significant specification changes. The Dimensity 9400e leverages TSMC's advanced third-generation 4nm process technology, boasting an X4 super core clocked at 3.4GHz, three X4 large cores at 2.85GHz, and four A720 large cores running at 2.0GHz, amounting to a total of eight CPU cores. Furthermore, it integrates an impressive 8MB of L3 cache and 10MB of system cache, is powered by the Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU, and is equipped with the state-of-the-art NPU 790 AI engine.

Compared to its predecessor, the Dimensity 9300+, the Dimensity 9400e focuses on refining memory support and Bluetooth specifications. It drops support for the higher-end LPDDR5T-9600 memory, retaining only LPDDR5X-8533. More notably, it upgrades to Bluetooth 6.0, incorporating dual Bluetooth engines that enable a Bluetooth connection distance of up to 5km between devices within line of sight, setting a new benchmark for seamless connectivity.
