On May 13, Meggitt announced significant advancements in the development of its Vietnamese production facility. The base has successfully completed all registration formalities. The newly formed company, titled "Wisdom Intelligence Technology Company Limited" (English name: WISDOM INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED), is officially registered in Haiphong, Vietnam, bearing an enterprise number of 0202285781 and a legal representative, Shen Wenhua. The registered capital of the company stands at 78,598,400,000 Vietnamese dong (approximately US$3.2 million), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xingda Electronics, which itself is a wholly-owned entity of Meggitt, structured as a single-member limited liability company.
