On the evening of May 9, Chengdu hosted the Sichuan event of China Brand Day, titled "Charming Tianfu Brand Night." During the event, Professor Zhou Qiang from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China proudly introduced the world's first gallium nitride quantum light source chip. Measuring a mere 0.14 square millimeters, this chip boasts luminescence range, emission brightness, entanglement quality, and other key indicators that have attained international advanced standards.
