Recently, Beijing has released the "2025 Work Plan for Advancing the Healthy and High-Quality Development of the Private Economy," explicitly endorsing private enterprises' efforts to establish smart computing centers and offering proportionate investment support to those acquiring independently controllable GPU chips. Concurrently, the policy incentivizes private sector participation in the development of green innovation platforms. Analysts foresee that amidst tightening US chip restrictions on China, this initiative will expedite the substitution of domestic computing power chips, fostering technological advancements and expanding market share.
