The China Electricity Council, TÜV Rheinland, China General Certification Center, AISHI Solar, and LONGi Green Energy have collaboratively released the groundbreaking "White Paper on BC Technology in the Photovoltaic Industry." This document highlights that the mass production efficiency of BC technology batteries has surpassed the 27% mark, outperforming TOPCon batteries by a notable 1.6%. The technology's maturity and cost-effectiveness are now on par with traditional routes, with a theoretical efficiency ceiling of 29.1%, nearing the pinnacle of theoretical efficiency achievable with crystalline silicon.
