On April 21, 2025, Onesta IP, LLC, a US-based company, submitted an application to the US International Trade Commission (ITC) under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. The application alleges that certain integrated circuits, electronic devices incorporating these circuits, and their components, which are exported to, imported into, and sold within the United States, infringe upon its patents, thereby violating Section 337 of US law. Notably, NVIDIA and OnePlus are among the companies named as defendants in this case, which also involves various enterprises from China, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
