Shanghai Silicon Industry reported a revenue of 3.388 billion yuan in 2024, marking a 6.18% year-on-year increase. However, the company incurred a net loss attributable to shareholders of the parent company amounting to 971 million yuan, a stark contrast to the net profit of 187 million yuan recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year. Consequently, Shanghai Silicon Industry has decided to forgo cash dividends and the conversion of capital reserves into share capital for the year 2024.
