NCE has announced that it has obtained the principal approval from the Beijing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, along with the approval from the Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to acquire a portion of the shares in Xinyuan Microelectronics, as well as the shares held by Zhongke Tiansheng in Xinyuan Microelectronics.
